Description

Employee/Family health clinic is in need of 4 month, part-time, interim, primary care clinic coverage in Evansville, WI.

Details:

June 24-Oct 30

Hours: Tuesdays: 8a-4p & Thursdays: 12p-5:30p

Scope: Basic family medicine, ages 3+, onsite accute care and wellness programs, dispensing clinic

Staffing: NP & MA

$85 per hour

Paid Malpractice

Paid Shadow Training prior to start

Paid 2 hour module training prior to start

Requirements

Must have active NP licensure for WI

Must have clean medical and background check

Must be BC or truly BE

Must have 2+ years experience as NP in family medicine

Salary Description

85.00 per hour
