Our agency is in need of an FNP to provide temporary coverage to an onsite employee primary care clinic in New Washington, OH.

Start May 6-Sept. 30
Tuesdays Only - 7a-3:30p
Adults only
Routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visit
Phlebotomy skills required
8-10 patients per day
$90 per hour
Paid 4 hour shadow training prior to start
Paid 2 hour module training prior to start
Paid Malpractice
Requirements
Must have clean criminal and medical background check
Must have active OH FNP licensure
Must have 2+ years family medicine experience as an FNP
Must have strong phlebotomy skills
