FNP Needed for PRN Coverage

Description

Our agency is in need of an FNP to provide some upcoming PRN coverage for an employee/family based primary clinic located in Columbus, IN.

Details:

Dates: May 9, 16, 17, 23, 24, 30, 31, June 5, 6, 7, 12, 13 & 14

Hours: Thursdays (only a few) 8a-6p, Fridays 7a-5p & Saturdays - 7a-11a

Scope: Independent family practice experience including routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visit

Ages 2+

8-10 patients per day

MA suppor

$90 per hour

Paid Malpractice

Paid Shadow Training (1/2 day)

Paid Module Training (2 hours)

Requirements

Must have 2+ years experience in family medicine as an FNP - no new grads

Must be comfortable working as sole provider

Must have active IN NP licensure

Must have clean medical and criminal background
