Food and Beverage | Pemi Base Camp "Vibe Tender" Bar Back | Part Time Seasonal

Someone who can support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations while helping maintain the overall atmosphere of our establishment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in contributing to a memorable guest experience.

Duties:
• Dishwashing and maintaining kitchen/FOH cleanlines
• Running food and providing friendly, informed guest interaction
• Assisting with cooking and basic prep as needed
• Operating the POS, taking orders, and processing payments
• Bussing tables and refreshing dining areas
• Barback support such as restocking, managing ice, organizing supplies (no glassware duties)
• Helping maintain a clean, organized, welcoming vibe throughout the space
• Communicating effectively with the team to keep service flowing smoothly

Qualifications:
• Prior restaurant or hospitality experience is helpful but not required
• Quick learner who’s comfortable switching between different roles
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, punctual, and energized by fast-paced environments
• Able to lift 30–40 lbs and remain on your feet for the duration of the shift

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
