Job Overview

As a Food Craft Operator, you’ll be the heart of our operations, handling deli slicing, citrus juicing, and delivery tasks to ensure top-quality food products reach customers fresh and on time. This physically engaging role is perfect for those who enjoy active work, teamwork, and contributing to a vital industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate deli slicing equipment to precisely cut meats and cheeses, maintaining quality and safety standards 


• Perform Citrus juicing tasks, operating juicing machines, and handling bulk fruit.


• Lift, move, and stack materials weighing 50+ pounds consistently throughout the shift. 


• Prepare and package food for delivery, ensuring accurate labeling of products while adhering to strict safety and quality standards. 


• Make local deliveries in Raleigh, Durham using company vehicles, ensuring timely and professional service.


• Maintain a clean and safe workplace, including sanitizing equipment and following hygiene protocols.


• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and delivery goals.


• Assist with basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting as needed
  

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods. 


• Comfortable with physically demanding tasks, including deli slicing, juicing, and delivery duties


• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record


• Strong work ethic and reliability, with a team-oriented mindset. 


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. 


• Basic math and reading skills for following instructions and measuring ingredients. 


• Prior experience in food production, warehouse, or manufacturing is a plus but not required. 


• Must be 18+ years old; high school diploma or GED preferred. 


• Ability to comply with food safety standards (e.g., wearing PPE, maintaining hygiene).

Schedule

• Full-time & part-time shifts (day and night options available). 


• Some weekend work may be required (Saturdays only).
