Food Expo

• Double-check orders for accuracy, including special requests,
  dietary restrictions, and modifications.
  
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure food is delivered
  to guests in a timely manner.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized expo station, ensuring it is stocked
  with necessary supplies like garnishes, sauces, and condiments.
  
• Communicate with servers to confirm that dishes are ready to
  be served and meet guest specifications.
  
• Monitor the timing of all orders to ensure food is served at
  the proper temperature.
  
• Assist in managing the flow of food and ensuring a smooth, continuous
  operation during busy periods.
  
• Help manage the kitchen's ticket system and prioritize orders
  effectively.
  
• Maintain a positive attitude and assist the team as needed to
  enhance the guest experience.
  
• Report any kitchen issues or concerns to the kitchen manager
  or supervisor.
  
• Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and cleanliness
  standards.
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment
  is preferred.
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced
  environment.
  
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
  
• A strong understanding of food presentation, garnishing, and
  menu items.
  
• Team-oriented and willing to assist wherever needed.
  
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight (up
  to 25 lbs).
