Job Description - Food Service Prep Worker

Food Prep and Serve Part time position
3 days – Tues/Wed/Thurs
8am to 2pm

Minimum 1 year experience in food preparation in Atlanta / Druid Hills area at the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Roybal Campus located at Clifton Road.

Must be able to prepare food and cook from Scratch, able to follow recipes for our menu, making recommendations to Manager. To be successful in this role, you should have customer service skills and knowledge of how operate Kitchen equipment. Under the supervision of unit manager/chef, assists in production of food, grab n go items and helps serve on the line during Lunch.

No Weekends and Holidays are OFF!
Ultimately, you’ll ensure an excellent eating experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Greet customers as they enter.
Give customers food and answer their questions regarding ingredients.
Take orders while paying attention to details.
Prepare food using or following recipes.
Serve prepared foods.
Keep the kitchen and service area clean.
Report any maintenance needs.
Comply with health and safety regulations.
Communicate customer feedback and recommend new menu items to Manager.

Pay - $18.00 per hour plus share of Tip Pool.
