Food Services Assistant (Part-Time)

HANOVER TOWNSHIP - FOOD SERVICES ASSISTANT (PART-TIME)

The Food Services Assistant assists with the preparation, cooking, and distribution of home delivered and congregate meals to older adults.  The position is also responsible for safety and sanitation of the kitchen area and prepared meals.  The Food Services Assistant must be able to obtain the food safety and sanitation certificate within thirty days of hire.   

• The non-exempt position has a pay rate of $17.00 per hour


• The position hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 1:30 PM

QUALIFICATIONS:

• One year of experience in food services related work preferred


• High school diploma or GED equivalent required

• Experience working with older adults and familiarity of the Hanover Township area are preferred
