• Familiarity with the menu items, specials, and prices.

• Ensure a clean and sanitary work area at all times.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.


• Comfort working in a smoking environment.


• Ability to communicate in English verbally and in written format with Team members and guests


• Money-handling experience and basic math skills.


• Outstanding interpersonal communication skills to interact with guests and team members.


• Cooperative, helpful, and friendly nature with a neat and well-groomed appearance.


• Adherence to uniform policies, including nametag, badge, and slip-resistant shoes.


• Punctuality, adherence to sign-in procedures, and knowledge of related job procedures.

Physical Requirements:

• Extended periods of standing
