Job Description - Food Stand Cleaner- Weekday Job

Food Service Custodial Worker
Starting Pay: $12/hour
Schedule: Tuesday-Friday
7:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. (29 hours per week)

Position Overview
The Food Service Custodial Worker is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of all food service concessions, cantinas, and restaurants at Traders Village. This role is essential in creating a sanitary and welcoming environment for employees and guests. Candidates must be available to work four days a week, Tuesday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe food service environment to protect the health of the public.
Demonstrate proper and efficient use of housekeeping equipment and Ecolab cleaning products.
Keep janitorial storage rooms clean, organized, and stocked.
Sweep, scrub, and mop concession and food stand floor on designated days.
Clean glass, windows, walls and counters , receptables, rubber mats, and doors.
Collect and dispose of trash from food stands and restaurants.
Secure facilities at the end of shifts, ensuring all areas are locked when required.
Sanitize and maintain cleaning equipment properly after use.
Wash, rinse, and sanitize serving and seating areas around concessions and cantinas.
Monitor cleaning supplies and notify the Supervisor/Manager when inventory is low.
Perform other cleaning or maintenance tasks as assigned by management.

Physical Demands

Ability to lift and carry up to 25- 30lbs.
Frequent reaching, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling
Ability to stand for extended periods and walk long distances.
Must be able to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
Must be able to tolerate and handle cleaning supply odors
