Once trained and qualified, day shift hours may be flexible. Additional hours, including weekends, may be required when traveling to franchise shows.

EmmUcare Home Health is a rapidly expanding home healthcare agency committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care. As we grow our national franchise network, we’re looking for a motivated and experienced Franchise Advisor to drive sales and strengthen our franchise relationships.
Position Overview:
This part-time, on-site role is based at our Williamsport, PA office and includes regional travel and required attendance at franchise expos, trade shows, and events. The Franchise Advisor will be responsible for identifying and guiding new franchise leads and supporting existing franchisees. The regular work schedule is weekday mornings, with potential for additional hours during the week and weekends when traveling to franchise shows. Evening follow-up calls may also be handled remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and engage new franchise prospects
Present EmmUcare’s franchise opportunity in person and via Zoom
Guide qualified leads through the sales and onboarding process
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing franchisees
Attend and represent EmmUcare at franchise expos, industry events, and trade shows
Conduct occasional evening calls and weekend outreach as needed
Track and report activity to the leadership team
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $18–$20/hour (based on experience)
Commission: 15% of franchise fee per territory sold
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM (20 hours/week)
Additional: Flexibility available once trained; weekend hours may be required specifically for travel to franchise shows
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of sales experience (franchise, healthcare, or business development preferred)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Willingness to travel to franchise events, expos, and meetings
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, dependable, and organized
