Job Summary:
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our martial arts school! As the first point of contact for students and families, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, handling phone and email inquiries, managing class schedules, and maintaining accurate records. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people—especially children—and values personal development.
Responsibilities:
- Greet students, families, and prospective members with warmth and professionalism
- Respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and through email
- Accurately manage data entry and client records
- Schedule classes and introductory appointments
- Process payments and manage basic billing tasks
- Keep the lobby and front desk area clean and organized
- Assist with outgoing and incoming communications (calls, emails, messages)
Qualifications:
- Friendly, professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working around children and families
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Proficient with computers, spreadsheets, and scheduling systems
- Able to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment

- Have previous customer service or administrative experience
- Have an interest in martial arts, fitness, or child development
