Quick Facts:

• Position involves day, evening, and weekend hours for a total of 30.5 hours of scheduled time per week.

• Closed on major holidays and generous paid time off
• $17 per hour. Full Time and Part Time positions available

Educational Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

Minimum of one (1) year clerical experience, preferably in a health care setting is preferred, but not required. On the job training is offered.

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

1. Greeting patients, getting demographic and insurance information from patient.
2. Entry of demographic/insurance information into the computer system.
3. Collecting payments and posting into computer system.
4. Answering phones and scheduling
5. Filing/Scanning
6. Faxing records as needed
7. All other duties as assigned.
