About the Role:

We are seeking a Front Desk Associate to join our team at Burn Boot Camp Newton in Newton, MA. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our members and play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in members as they arrive at the gym

Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries

Assist with membership sign-ups and inquiries

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer skills

Passion for health and fitness
