Job Description - Front Desk Attendant / Sales Representative

Front Desk Attendant / Sales Representative (Advisor)

Stretch*d is looking for Advis*r candidates who will uphold our premium client service standards while generating sales and recurring revenue through working at the front desk. Advis*rs are responsible for greeting and engaging clients in a positive and friendly manner and managing all front desk operations. As the first touch point when a new client arrives, it is the Advis*r’s responsibility to introduce new clients to the Stretch*d space and the Stretch*d Method. Advis*rs are focused on sales goals while giving our customers expert advice on how they can reach their own Stretch*d Goals! This role is paid hourly with the opportunity to earn sales bonuses. 

***New Stretch*d Space opening August 29th*** 

Key Responsibilities

  • Promoting and generating membership and retail sales 
  • Upholding high operation standards, including checking clients in and out of appointments and answering all customer related questions (in person, by phone and email) in a timely manner 
  • Processing accurate cash and credit card transactions 
  • Actively maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the space so each client receives an exceptional Stretch*d experience 
  • Completing opening and/or closing checklists 
  • Working alongside and supporting our service providers to ensure a successful and seamless client check-in and experience 
  • Assisting Management with day-to-day operations of the space 
  • Ensuring prompt response to emails and phone calls 
  • Must be able to multitask, problem solve and think on your feet 
  • Performing other duties as needed 

 

Qualifications

  • Must have superior customer service skills 
  • Previous sales experience, with strong sales and upselling skills (experience working with sales goals, preferred) 
  • Zenoti software experience a plus 
  • Leadership experience a plus 
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented outlook 
  • Must be highly organized 
  • Ability to work independently, as well as on a team 
  • Should have a strong ability to communicate clearly with team members, clients and senior management 
  • Must be able to move and/or lift heavy items, up to 50 lbs. 

 Work Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 shifts per week; minimum 4 hours each (up to 30 hours per week) 
  • Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, late nights and weekends 
  • Some holidays (open year-round) 

 

Compensation

  • $17.50/hour

Work Requirements

  • Part-time, 10-25 hours/week, including at least one weekend day 
  • Ability to work flexible hours if needed, i.e. early morning/late night/weekends 
  • Some holiday availability required (open year-round) 

Supervisory Responsibility 

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities. 

 

Work Environment

This job operates in a client-facing, service-oriented environment.  This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, and phones.  

 

Physical Demands 

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.  

 While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit at a presentation station with a client for prolonged periods; stand, walk, bend, twist, squat, use hand and finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform weight bearing stretching with our customers.  

 

Position Type

This is a part-time position. Evening and one weekend shift are required as job duties demand.
