Join Our Team as a PRN Front Desk Guest Ambassador – Beach Blvd Location

Precision Imaging Centers, the #1 choice for outpatient imaging in Northeast Florida, is seeking a PRN Guest Ambassador to support our Beach Boulevard center in Jacksonville, FL. This flexible role is perfect for someone with a background in hospitality or customer service—such as a server, host, or front desk professional—who thrives on making people feel welcome and cared for.

In addition to front desk responsibilities, you’ll support patient engagement by promoting services, assisting with education, and contributing to a positive overall experience.

Essential Job Functions

• Greet patients and guests with a friendly, professional demeanor (35%)
  

• Provide clear information on procedures, wait times, and services (35%)
  

• Register patients and direct them appropriately (10%)
  

• Educate patients on available services and encourage online reviews (10%)
  

• Stock refreshments, maintain lobby cleanliness, and assist with light duties (10%)
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience: Background in customer service, hospitality, or restaurant industry (server, host/hostess, barista, hotel front desk, etc.)
  

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  

• Skills: Strong communication, adaptability, and ability to explain healthcare info in simple, friendly language
  

Physical Requirements

• Able to sit or stand for extended periods
  

• Occasionally lift items over 25 lbs.
