JOB SUMMARY 

At Hyatt Place, our Gallery Hosts are the face of the hotel, delivering personalized service with a smile. From managing check-ins to assisting with food and beverage service, you’ll make sure every guest feels at home while maintaining the high standards of Hyatt Place. Your positive energy and attention to detail will help create memorable experiences for every guest.

What You’ll Do
Your role is to ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs, provide exceptional service, and maintain the high standards of Hyatt Place. In this position, you will: 

• Assist guests      with check-in and check-out processes.
• Coordinate      guest requests and inform them of hotel services, features, and room      amenities.
• Provide      personalized service, welcoming guests by name when possible.
• Prepare, set      up, stock, take down, and clean food and beverage areas, adhering to Hyatt      Place presentation standards.
• Set up and      break down meeting spaces and prepare food for events.
• Perform      cashiering tasks, including settling bills and posting charges.
• Respond to fire      alarms, guest medical emergencies, and security threats according to      specified duties.
• Report items in      need of repair and follow all safety procedures.
• Handle guest      inquiries and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment with a positive      attitude.
• Take on      additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth      operation of the hotel.

What You Bring

• Experience in      hospitality or customer service is a plus but not required.
• Eagerness to      grow within the company.
• Passion for      providing personalized guest service.
• A positive,      problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced      environment.
