Are you friendly, organized, and passionate about providing outstanding customer service? Kingston Bay Senior Living, an Agemark Senior Living community, is looking for a Part-Time Front Desk Associate to create a warm, welcoming experience for every resident, family member, and visitor who walks through our doors.

If you enjoy helping others, staying organized, and being the go-to person for both guests and team members, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Welcome residents, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.


• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and direct calls promptly and courteously.


• Assist with clerical duties including filing, scheduling, and data entry.


• Provide community tours to prospective residents and families.


• Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and inviting.


• Support the team as needed and help create an exceptional resident experience.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience required.


• Friendly, dependable, and professional with excellent communication skills.


• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.


• Comfortable using computers and standard office software.


• Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for serving seniors.
