Front Desk PRN Weekends

About the Role

Essential Job Functions

• Register patients – Input and verify patient demographics and insurance information (60%)
  
• Assist patients with varying needs or requests (15%)
  
• Review and/or obtain diagnostic imaging orders from provider offices (15%)
  
• Ensure confidentiality of all personal patient information (10%)
  

Non-Essential Job Functions (Performed as needed)

• Schedule / reschedule patients
  
• Answer inbound phone calls
  
• Greet and direct each incoming customer professionally and pleasantly
  
• Tidy up common areas / routine sanitizing
  
• Prepare or complete necessary documentation
  
• Burn discs and upload prior images

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
  

• 1 to 2 years of front desk, hospitality, or medical office experience required
  
• Supervisory/managerial experience not required
