StretchLab Waco is currently seeking a high energy, passion filled and sales-motivated individual that is fitness minded and has a love for community and our brand!

POSITION:

The purpose of the position is to assist the General Manager with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio and booking them into Intro Sessions. The Representative/Sales Associate also assists with retaining current members. Fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours between 8 AM to 8 PM about 6 hour shifts.

• Training: Begins in July. Training Hours will be based on your availability.

• Position Type: Part-Time

• Sales & Customer Service: Will-Train in sales, customer service, and communication is essential. Must be comfortable driving membership sales for both one-on-one, as well as retail products.

• Tech Skills: Must be able to quickly learn and efficiently use the ClubReady software system. Proficient computer skills required.

• Communication: Must be fluent in English with excellent communication skills across in-person, phone, and email interactions.

• Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit or stand for up to 6 hours during a shift.

• Travel: Daily and/or occasional local travel may be required.

• Mindset: Must be goal-driven, enthusiastic, and self-motivated with a passion for helping others reach their wellness goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the General Manager with the sales process of lead generation, follow-up, and close
• Book and confirm Intro Sessions
• Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio
• Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production
• Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
• Present available services to current or prospective members
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed intro classes
• Participate in special events (pop ups, health fairs, marathons, and community events) to promote the studio
• Ensure studio is clean and tidy
• Other duties as assigned

COMPENSATION & PERKS:

• Competitive compensation starting base is $11-$13 based on experience (can earn up to $16.75 with bonuses)
