About the Role:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Team Member to join our team at TEEZ Hair Studio in Highland Village, TX. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service and has a passion for the beauty industry. Looking for a morning available applicant.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in clients with a warm and welcoming attitude

Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using salon software

Assist with retail sales and product recommendations

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon and front desk area

Handle payment transactions and cash management

Requirements:

Prior customer service experience, preferably in a salon or spa setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in using salon software for scheduling and transactions

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Professional and polished demeanor with a passion for the beauty industry

Must be available Saturday and Sundays

Our team is dedicated to creating a positive and uplifting experience for both our clients and employees, making TEEZ a great place to work and grow in the beauty industry.

Compensation: $12.00 per hour
