Front Desk Wellness Advisor / Sales Manager (Part-Time)
Location: Torrance, CA


WHO WE ARE:


We are a vibrant health & wellness studio in Torrance dedicated to helping individuals live healthier, stronger, and more fulfilling lives through advanced recovery therapies including whole body cryotherapy, infrared sauna, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, compression therapy, red and blue light therapy, halotherapy, and Neveskin facial & body treatments.


ABOUT THE ROLE:


We’re seeking a results-driven Front Desk Wellness Advisor / Sales Manager who’s passionate about wellness, strong in client relations, and proactive in leading a high-performance team. This role plays a central part in studio operations, sales growth, member experience, and community engagement.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Sales, Client Experience & Growth



  • Lead, motivate, and support the sales team in exceeding both individual and studio-wide sales goals.

  • Consistently deliver an exceptional “WOW” client experience—from first contact through follow-up—by providing expert guidance, empathy, and enthusiasm.

  • Proactively sell memberships, packages, and individual services using consultative techniques tailored to client needs and wellness goals.

  • Ensure wellness advisors follow structured lead management protocols, including prompt follow-ups, missed sales communication, and lead conversion tracking.

  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing members while identifying new client opportunities to expand our client base and increase retention.

  • Regularly review sales data, market trends, and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

  • Collaborate with the Manager, Assistant Manager, and ownership team on integrated sales and marketing strategies that align with business objectives.


Community Outreach & B2B Partnerships



  • Serve as the liaison between the studio and potential partner businesses (aesthetics practices, physical therapy centers, medical offices, corporate teams, etc.).

  • Work closely with the Events, Partnerships & Retail Lead to establish, grow, and maintain B2B relationships through calls, drop-ins, and email outreach.

  • Represent the studio at local events, community activities, and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness and generate new leads.


Studio Operations & Team Support



  • Maintain a professional, clean, welcoming, and organized studio environment at all times.

  • Manage front desk operations by answering calls, responding to messages (text, email, AI), booking appointments, and managing cancellations/rescheduling.

  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, checklists, operational procedures, and protocols.

  • Step in to cover select Manager/Assistant Manager duties when necessary, ensuring all client and internal communications are handled thoroughly and in a timely manner.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of customer service and/or sales experience.

  • Strong multitasking, computer, and communication skills.

  • High energy, wellness-minded, and confident in client-facing interactions.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and people development skills.

  • Experience with outreach, lead tracking, and basic marketing is a plus.



PAY & PERKS


💵 Pay: $16.50/hr base + lucrative bonuses based on sales & client tips.

SCHEDULE

  • Part-time: 15–20 hours/week, includes weekdays and weekends.

  • Shifts start 1 hour before open, end 15 minutes after close - Studio Hours: Mon–Wed: 10am–7pm | Thurs–Sun: 10am–4pm.
