Be a positive representation of SPENGA

Retain and increase client participation

Submit accurate and timely reports

Plan and promote entertaining and productive events through community outreach and business partnerships

Requirements:

A love for the fit-ish lifestyle (experience in the fitness industry or health/wellness is a plus).

Highly motivated and hungry for commissions

Time Management

Membership sales to clients/prospects

Flexibility in the hours is required- Some days we require morning shift coverage and some days afternoon/ evening shift coverage is required

Member outreach to ensure engagement and retention

Lead nurture via call and text to schedule in studio appointments for prospects

Conduct prospect onboarding, provide orientation, and address prospect questions

Plan and participate in lead generation activities

Participate in studio events and other promotions

Maintain the cleanliness of the studio

Other tasks as assigned by management

Flexibilty in hours required- May require few morning hours and few afternoon/evening hours during the week

Compensation: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

In-depth training is provided through our LMS, along with live training with the corporate team. At SPENGA, our members come for the workout and stay for the community.
