As part of the Devil’s Thumb Ranch family, Volario’s blends small-town charm with elevated hospitality — and we’re looking for dedicated front-of-house professionals to join our growing team.

Now Hiring:

• Host 
• Back Server (Support Staff / Busser)
• Server
• Bartender
• Supervisor (Starting at 2 days per week with potential for more)

Pay Range for positions: $11.79 – $20.00/hour + tips
Pay varies by position and experience.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:  Whether you’re welcoming guests with a smile, supporting the flow of service, crafting signature cocktails, guiding guests through our menu, or leading a shift — you’ll play an essential role in creating memorable moments for every diner. 

Ideal candidates will have:

• Previous experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or customer service
• A strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• A commitment to providing high-quality service
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Bartenders and Servers must be 21+ and TIPS certified (or able to obtain certification)
• Supervisor candidates should have prior leadership or shift lead experience in a restaurant setting
