Job Description - Front Office Agent

Description

 The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As a Front Desk Agent, you'll not only be the person they rely on to handle transactions, offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience. You'll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location.

Your day-to-day:

  • Review arrivals noting special requests, blocking rooms as needed.
  • Check in and out hotel guests in a confident, professional and friendly manner.
  • Make new reservations for incoming guest.
  • Answer all phone calls promptly and knowledgeably, always ensuring complete and accurate information.
  • Knowledgeable of immediate area, services, attractions, and events.
  • Knowledgeable of fire and emergency procedures.

    Specific experience we're seeking:

Previous experience in a Front Desk or customer facing role strongly encouraged.
Use of PEP a huge plus.
Works well under pressure, dealing with many arrivals and departures within a short period of time.

  • Able to accommodate a flexible schedule that may include weekends and/or holidays.
  • Familiar with hotel systems and operations, and can enter in information accurately.
  • Outside-of-the-box thinker who takes initiative to creatively solve problems.
    Currently looking for 1st and 2nd shift.
