Job Description - Front Office/Receptionist

About the role 
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Receptionist with 1–2 years of experience to support and contribute to the efficient operation of the front office. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will also collaborate with Human Resources on internal events and special projects. 

Responsibilities:

    • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.  
    • Maintain front office supplies and coordinate facility-related requests.  
    • Serve as a point of contact for office vendors and service providers.  
    • Process expense reports, invoices, and purchase orders.  
    • Maintain files and records with confidentiality and accuracy.  
    • Assist with internal communications and company-wide announcements as needed. 
    • Collaborate with HR on employee engagement initiatives, office events, and special projects. 

Qualifications:

    • 1–2 years of receptionist and administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced or corporate environment.  
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.  
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams).  
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  
    • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.  
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. 
$20 - $25 an hour
