"StretchLab Midlothian" is seeking an experienced Sales and Client Relationships candidate to join our Midlothian Studio. Full Time positions also available. Prior health/fitness industry experience or front of house sales experience is a MUST.
POSITION:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating membership sales and achieving studio sales targets as well as general scheduling, studio organization, and customer service.
Must be comfortable in making 30-50 phone calls everyday. Texting 30-50 prospects

REQUIREMENTS:
● 2+ years of related sales experience
● Confident in generating personal sales
● Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio manager
● Ability to manage and drive all revenue streams from membership sales to retail
● Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email
● Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.
● Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment.
● An affinity and passion for fitness.
● Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
● Professional, punctual, reliable and neat.
● Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
● Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information.
● Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public.
● Proficiency with computers and Studio software.
DUTIES:
● Work closely with Director of Sales / Studio Manager for all sales related activities and targets
● Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking
● Implement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro class
● Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
● Enforce StretchLab policies and procedures
● Any other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales / Studio Manager
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
This position offers a very competitive commission on sales based on experience & performance.
- Base of $16/hour + membership sales commissions (Benefits for FT employees as well)
- Opportunity for bonus, based on performance

Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday (flex hours)
- Weekend availability MUST (8am - 2pm)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
