Fulfillment Coordinator (Temporary, Part-Time)

We’re looking for a part-time, temporary Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in getting our products into customers’ hands. You’ll work closely with Operations, Sales, and Technology teams to ensure accurate, high-quality, and on-time shipments. From assembling hardware kits to coordinating freight logistics, you’ll be at the heart of our product fulfillment process.

What will you do?

Core Responsibilities and Key Performance Objectives

• Manage logistics and documentation for outgoing customer orders and inbound freight deliveries
• Assemble and prepare hardware kits, performing QA/QC inspections to ensure quality standards
• Palletize and package products for shipment, including accurate labeling and transport preparation
• Operate equipment and handle inventory, including safe use of pallet jacks and basic hand tools

What do you need to succeed in this role?

• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and safely operating a pallet jack
• Skilled with basic tools like drills and wrenches; familiarity with HAZMAT shipping is a plus
• Proficient with computers for email, spreadsheets, and data entry
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team

Work Schedule

The ideal candidate would be available from July 2025 - April 2026 (approx 10 months), Monday-Thursday 10am-4pm onsite at LineVision Headquarters, 529 Main St, Boston, MA. LineVision has a standard US holiday schedule, and up to three weeks of additional unpaid time off is permissible.

Compensation: $24-28 per hour
