Fulfillment Supervisor - Durham, NC
Millennium Print Group (MPG), a subsidiary of The Pokémon Company International, is looking for a hands-on Fulfillment Supervisor to lead daily warehouse and order fulfillment operations in one of our Research Triangle Park facilities. This role is ideal for a people-first leader who thrives on the plant floor, values safety and quality, and knows how to keep teams aligned, productive, and accountable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You Will Do
Lead day-to-day fulfillment operations, ensuring accurate and on-time shipping and receiving activities.
Provide hands-on supervision, coaching, and mentorship to fulfillment team members on the floor.
Partner with the Fulfillment Manager to execute department goals, performance metrics, and operational improvements.
Monitor workflow, staffing, and schedules to support productivity, quality, and customer requirements.
Address and resolve operational issues using effective problem-solving and fact-based decision making.
Promote a safe, secure, and organized work environment through consistent adherence to safety and housekeeping standards.
What You Will Bring
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Working Experience
5+ years of experience in fulfillment, warehousing, or distribution environments, including prior supervisory or lead responsibilities.
Background
Experience working in fast-paced manufacturing or logistics operations with strong shipping, receiving, and inventory workflows.
Skills
Strong people leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions under pressure.
Expertise with Specific Applications
Working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS - Manhattan/Scale a plus), Microsoft Office, and standard reporting tools.
