Full or Part-Time Shipping & Customer Service Associate

Description of the role:
The Full or Part-Time Shipping & Customer Service Associate at The UPS Store in Greenville, NC, is responsible 
for delivering exceptional customer service to all retail customers. This position involves processing 
package for shipment, operating various office equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:

Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and handles telephone inquiries
Demonstrates excellent listening skills with customers and team members
Takes ownership of customer's shipping needs and provides solutions
Learns all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends
Operates equipment and software proficiently and is willing to train others
Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Performs any other duties assigned


Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Excellent phone skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Prompt, reliable, and responsible
Ability to lift 40+ pounds


Benefits:
Compensation: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly
