Are you a detail-oriented attorney seeking a flexible, part-time role where your expertise can make a lasting impact? Dalal & Mehta Immigration Law Firm is looking for a Full-Time Legal Quality Control Attorney to ensure our high standards of excellence are met in every client case.

• Case/Application Review: Conduct meticulous legal reviews of all applications exiting the firm within 24 hours, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and quality. For urgent or emergency applications, provide immediate or same-day attention.
• Legal Oversight: Offer clear and actionable legal guidance on cases in the pipeline, helping the team navigate complex legal issues effectively. May need to consult with managing attorney at times as well.
• Paralegal Support: Serve as a point of contact for paralegal inquiries, offering detailed guidance on case preparation and resolution.
• After-Hours Support: Respond to urgent team requests outside of working hours via call or text, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues. We will of course respect off hours to items that need immediate resolution.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensure all filings adhere to the latest immigration laws, regulations, and firm standards/PSPs.
• Workflow Optimization: Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements, increasing efficiency without compromising quality.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the managing attorney and staff to maintain a cohesive and supportive legal team environment.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership in good standing.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of immigration law experience, including family-based immigration, asylum, employment-based applications, deportation defense, Waivers, Embassy work, etc. We are a full service immigration firm, your lack of knowledge in one area may not disqualify you for the job, if you are willing to learn and be trained.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills for guiding paralegals and junior staff.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and virtually.

• Familiarity with legal case management software (e.g., Lawmatics, Docketwise) and technology-driven workflows.
• Proven experience handling high-volume caseloads with precision and efficiency.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and case strategy development.
