Fund Development Assistant, Part Time

• Assist the Fund Development supervisor with maintaining the workflow, deadlines, appointments, tasks and activities.
• Screen incoming calls, emails and correspondence, and respond independently when possible.
• Prepare or proofread memorandums, forms, correspondence, mailing lists, reports, and other documents as needed.
• Attend all fundraising events and provide guidance and support to volunteers and other co-workers.
• Review current processes and make recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure timely correspondence and contact with sponsors and donors.
• Interact well with co-workers, volunteers, community members, and others involved in fundraising events and activities.

Shift: Part-time, 20 hours per week

Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Experience in DonorPerfect, Constant Contact and Canva preferred.
• Ability to work weekends, as required for fundraising events
