Job Description - Garage Custodian - Sterling Heights, MI

We're looking for a custodian for a long-term part-time evening job in Sterling Heights, MI

Schedule

Evening shift: Mon – Fri

Mon & Thurs: 8:00pm - 12:00am
Tues, Wed, Fri: 6:00pm - 10:00pm

15-20 hours per week

Pay
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour: depending on experience
Paid bi-weekly with direct deposit option

Responsibilities

Ability to work with others efficiently

Follow all health and safety regulations

Clean the showroom floors and operate a walk-behind floor scrubber in the garage
Pulling trash, sweeping, mopping, vacuum, cleaning restrooms
Stock and maintain supply room

Skills
Proven working experience as a janitor (1-3 years preferred) -willing to train
Integrity and ability to work independently
Trainable and good communicator

Requirements

Valid driver’s license

Reliable mode of transportation (personal vehicle, public transit) -No Uber, Lyft, etc.

Stay Clean Solutions, HQ in Livonia has been servicing the Metro Detroit Area for more than 35 years. We are looking for a dedicated janitor or custodian to add to our team. The person must be able to take care of our building and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
