Garden Panda offers flexible, on-demand work for garden enthusiasts dedicated to providing exceptional service. This role lets you choose tasks that suit your schedule, working independently to transform landscapes and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Overview
As a Garden Assistant (Garden Panda), you’ll bring outdoor spaces to life by installing plants for customers who have purchased plants and had them delivered to their home. Tasks include preparing garden beds, digging holes, planting, and laying mulch. Choose jobs that fit your schedule via our app and coordinate directly with customers. This role is ideal for gardening enthusiasts who enjoy hands-on work and appreciate flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Prepare garden beds, dig appropriately sized holes, and plant as required
• Lay mulch and handle other finishing touches
• Haul away small debris (plant containers, soil bags, etc.)
• Travel to various job sites throughout the Greater Metro Atlanta area
• Communicate with customers on-site for specific job needs

Qualifications

• Moderate to advanced gardening and plant knowledge
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation and willingness to drive to job locations across Metro Atlanta
• Access to basic gardening tools (shovel, gloves, rake, etc.)
• Experience with planting and digging techniques
• Reliable, communicative, and customer-focused
