Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Gardener to work alongside our Head Gardener, enhancing the beauty of our grounds and ensuring our gardens remain vibrant and healthy. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic outdoor environment, loves plants, and takes pride in maintaining the natural landscape of a premier destination. Responsibilities:

• Assist with the day-to-day care of our gardens, flower beds, and surrounding landscape, helping to maintain the beauty of our property year-round.
• Perform planting, watering, weeding, pruning, and other essential garden maintenance tasks to ensure the health and vibrancy of our plants.
• Support soil preparation, fertilization, and mulching efforts to promote plant health and growth.
• Take an active role in pest management, focusing on organic and sustainable methods to protect our plants.
• Collaborate on garden design and layout with our Head Gardener, contributing to the artistic direction of the landscape.
• Maintain garden tools and equipment, ensuring everything is in working order for smooth operation.
• Keep gardening areas tidy and organized to support a productive and safe environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or a related field is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of plant care, soil health, and eco-friendly pest control practices.
• Physical ability to perform hands-on gardening tasks, including bending, lifting, and kneeling, in an outdoor environment.
• A keen eye for detail, with a passion for plants and horticulture.
• Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed during the busy seasons.
