Job Description - General Dentist

Our office is currently seeking responsible, energetic, independent professional General Dentist To cover for private practice for 2-3 days a week. This is a great opportunity for gaining income and long-term associateship in private practice.

Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dentist to join the team at our busy practice. The ideal candidate should have an excellent bedside manner and be committed to providing care that makes patients feel like family. Our facility is modern, updated, and equipped with everything you need to deliver high-quality dentistry. If you have a passion for dental care and want to work alongside other equally caring and committed professionals, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Provide thorough examinations to determine overall dental health and evaluate patients for signs of gum disease, cavities, and infection

Diagnose and treat dental problems including root canals, extractions, and restoration

Perform General dental care treatments, fillings, sealants, and cosmetic dental services

Provide education to patients on oral hygiene and the use of orthodontics and dental appliances

Adhere to strict health and safety guidelines

Education & Experience:

Doctoral degree in Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD)

New Jersey state license to practice dental medicine.

Minimum 1 year of experience working independently.

Board Certified and/or Board Eligible in General Dentistry

Current state license

Previous experience in clinical or private practice

CPR, BLS, and NPI certifications

Deep understanding of dental standards and dental medicine trends

Excellent bedside manner

Strong verbal and written communication skills
