We are seeking a highly organized, sales-driven, and leadership-oriented individual to join our team as our General Manager of the Estate Sale Division in the Chicagoland area.

As our General Manager of Estate Sales, you will oversee estate sale operations, team coordination, and customer experience, ensuring smooth execution and maximum revenue generation for our clients.
We need a proactive, detail-oriented leader with sales expertise and a passion for customer experience.
✅ Estate Sale or Resale Experience – 5+ years of estate sales and resale experience.
✅ Leadership & Team Oversight – 2+ years of experience managing teams and delegating tasks effectively.
✅ Strong Organizational & Pricing Skills – Ability to assess, categorize, and stage items for maximum sale potential.
✅ Cash & Card Handling – Comfortable using POS systems, mobile payment apps, and processing transactions securely.
✅ Problem-Solving & Adaptability – Ability to adjust pricing, resolve customer inquiries, and keep sales running smoothly.
✅ Reliable & Professional – Always punctual, well-presented, and able to manage sales independently.
✅ Physical Stamina – Capable of standing, bending, lifting (up to 25 lbs), and working long shifts.
