Job Summary:
We are in search of a dynamic and passionate Girls Developmental Program Team Coach to join our team. The role involves designing and implementing practices that reflect the DP rules and routines. This is a new program that we are opening up to run alongside our existing Xcel Program.  Candidates with a strong background in gymnastics fundamentals, progressions and experience in the Developmental Program are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of running the Developmental Program.
- Coordinate as needed with all other managers to solve issues
- Conduct level-specific workouts focusing on technique, endurance, skill development, and drills.
- Engage with parents/guardians effectively.
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols.

Qualifications:
- Prior experience coaching Developmental Program
- Ability to communicate with and educate parents.
- Understanding of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics 
- Strong motivational and interpersonal communication skills.
