Our Organization

    • Act as the public face of GOTR Northeast Indiana, strengthening relationships with local media, service organizations, corporate groups, and community leaders.

  • Team & Volunteer Leadership

    • Provide strategic direction, oversight, and professional development for the Program Manager, while fostering a positive and high-performing team culture.

    • Cultivate and steward key relationships with community partners, site liaisons, coaches, parents, and volunteers to enhance program impact.

    • Maintain a strong and collaborative relationship with the Board of Directors and Girls on the Run International.
