GLOBAL COMPASSION GO TRIPS COORDINATOR
- REPORTS TO: GLOBAL COMPASSION PASTOR
- RELATES CLOSELY WITH: COMPASSION TEAM & CENTRAL STAFF
- CLASSIFICATION: PART TIME – APPROX. 10 HRS/WEEK – VARIES BY MINISTRY SEASON
- SALARY: $28/HOUR
WestGate Church, a non-denominational, multi-congregational church located in the heart of Silicon Valley—one of the most diverse and influential regions in the world—is seeking a detail-oriented and relational Global Compassion GO Trip Coordinator. This part-time role (Monday–Thursday) will support the Global Compassion Pastor, helping champion WestGate’s vision for global outreach through planning and executing short-term mission trips. Occasional weekend and evening hours may be required.

- Highly organized with the capability to execute logistics for large-scale projects overseen by the Global Compassion Pastor.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with Global Compassion Pastor on GO Trip planning and logistics.
- Manage and update GO Trip website content and Registrations in Planning Center Online (PCO).
- Maintain and track GO Trip workflows in PCO to ensure a smooth participant experience.
- Coordinate and attend GO Trip meetings.
- Support trip send-offs and returns, including airport drop-offs and pick-ups.
- Handle practical trip details such as booking airfare, arranging transportation, securing travel insurance, and coordinating with missionaries.
- Provide light support to the Global Compassion Admin for Compassion Immersion, as schedule allows.
- Other duties as assigned.
