Golf Attendant

Description

The ideal candidate will assist members and guests, ensuring the highest level of customer service. Register players, collect all fees, assign golf carts, and answer customer inquiries. Assist in pairing golf players. Record tee time information and assist patrons off the first tee.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's license (required)
• Operation of the golf cart (washing, parking, and daily upkeep) 
• Setting carts up at the beginning of the day, and putting carts away at night.
• Interaction with members and guests, assisting with driving range operation (picking up balls, washing, and putting in the machine to dispense)
• Assisting players with the loading/unloading of golf bags
• Ensure that golf carts are kept clean for the next golfers
• Rotating work schedule
• Weekends/holidays are a must
• Placing water coolers on the golf course and picking them up at the end of the day.

Skills

• Good communication skills along with customer service.
• The ability to lift baskets of balls, and unload/load bags on carts for players
• Knowledgeable of golf and/or prior experience preferred
