Golf Coach Middle School

Trinity Academy is seeking a
dedicated and enthusiastic individual to serve as the Middle School Golf Coach. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for coaching and developing
young athletes, as well as a commitment to fostering a positive team culture
and promoting sportsmanship. This position offers an exciting opportunity to
contribute to the athletic program of Trinity Academy and help student -athletes
grow both on and off the course.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the middle school co -ed golf program, including practices and matches.
  
• Teach fundamental golf skills, course etiquette,
  and rules of play.
  
• Encourage teamwork, integrity, and respect on
  and off the course.
  
• Support the spiritual, academic, and athletic
  growth of student -athletes.
  
• Communicate effectively with parents, athletic
  administration, and school staff.
  
• Collaborate with the high school golf program to
  support long -term player development.
  

Requirements

• Must be a Christian with a strong personal faith and
  a commitment to integrating biblical principles into coaching.
  
• Commitment to Trinity Academy's mission and values.
  
• Previous golf playing and/or coaching experience preferred.
  
• Knowledge of golf rules, techniques, and
  strategies.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with
  the ability to effectively interact with players, parents, and colleagues.
  
• Passion for working with young athletes and helping
  them reach their full potential.
  
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive team
  culture.
  
• Willingness to comply with all school and athletic
  department policies and regulations.
