Position Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Golf Shop Attendant to join our team at the Midtown location. This role is essential in delivering a first-class experience to our members and guests by providing excellent service in the golf shop and supporting daily golf operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet members and guests with a warm, professional demeanor
• Assist with merchandise sales, restocking, and inventory management
• Schedule tee times and manage the point-of-sale system
• Maintain cleanliness and  organization of the golf shop
• Provide information about club events, merchandise, and services
• Support golf staff with tournament preparation and execution
• Always ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere

Qualifications:

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of golf and golf merchandise is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
