Grocery Supervisor

Description

Looking for a confident, self-motivated candidate to fill the position of Grocery Evening Manager with Super One Foods. To be successful in this position previous retail experience is strongly preferred. The desired candidate would have the ability to lead others, communicate consistently with other management and fellow employees, and be fluent in customer service as it is a crucial component to this position. Starting wage will be flexible based on prior experience. 

Basic duties include but are not limited to: 

• Order and stock products while providing quality products consistently.
• Ensure accurate pricing and signage within the department.
• Manage grocery receiving, invoicing, pricing, shrink control, and inventory to ensure proper product control. 
• Unload pallets and delivery trucks separating case grocery items, and stocking shelves on the sales floor. 
• Train and develop department personnel.
• Follow all store and department policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned or delegated.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Shifts for this position vary but you will be working 40-45 hours weekly- including evening and weekend shifts.
• Employees will be trained to operate a power operated pallet jack and forklift.
• This position requires an employee to be able to stand, walk, lift, and bend throughout their entire shift.
• Performs other duties as assigned or delegated.
