Job Title: Groundskeeper

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Groundskeeper to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and a commitment to providing a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain lawns, gardens, and landscaped areas by mowing, trimming, and planting.

- Perform routine maintenance on grounds equipment and tools.

- Ensure proper irrigation and watering of plants and lawns.

- Remove debris, leaves, and litter from outdoor areas.

- Assist in the planning and implementation of landscaping projects.

- Monitor and report on the health of plants and trees, addressing any issues as needed.

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping preferred.

- Knowledge of horticulture and plant care.

- Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools safely.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.

- Good physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

- Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
