Groundskeeper - Bloomington (Part-Time)

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Groundskeeper (part-time) to join our team at Granite Management in our Bloomington market. The purpose of this position is to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of both indoor and outdoor spaces within our apartment/commercial complexes. The Ideal candidate will possess an eye for detail, a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently, and a genuine passion for creating a fun yet safe environment for all of our residents.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning tasks in both indoor and outdoor areas of rental properties.
• Responsible for picking up trash and maintaining the cleanliness of common areas.
• Assist with light landscaping duties such as light trimming of bushes, and maintaining flower beds.
• Follow established guidelines to ensure properties are in excellent condition for tenants.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Experience / Knowledge and Prior Working History:

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or landscaping preferred.
• Dependable and punctual with the ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle, as some commuting between properties may be required.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
