As a Group Facilitator - Fatherhood Support, you will plan and lead the weekly meetings of a Parents Care & Share group for Spanish-speaking fathers in Central Illinois and engage in other relevant group work, such as outreach, arranging for food or snacks at group meetings, or parent leadership development in the area. The Group Facilitator - Fatherhood Support also develops safe and trusting relationships with fathers, so that services build on family strengths and referrals can be provided for additional supportive services as needed.
