What You’ll Do

Lead Epic Group Classes

• Deliver Rumble’s signature 45-minute boxing and strength training workout to brand standards.


• Motivate and coach individuals of all fitness levels in a fun, safe, and inclusive environment


• Seamlessly manage transitions between boxing and floor exercises to maximize efficiency


• Bring the energy by syncing instruction with our Rumble-curated music playlists


• Use your voice and presence to command the room and keep clients engaged throughout class

Responsibilities Include:

• 
  Reviewing Programming: Prepare engaging bag combinations and effective strength circuits in alignment with Rumble’s class guidelines


• 
  Monitoring & Correcting Form: Provide hands-on and verbal coaching to ensure proper technique and reduce injury risk


• 
  Listening & Reading the Room: Adapt to client energy levels and needs to personalize the class experience


• 
  Time Management: Keep class structure tight and purposeful, balancing intensity and recovery


• 
  Studio Collaboration: Support the team with pre- and post-class setup, studio cleanliness, and events as needed

What You Bring

• Availability to teach 3–6+ classes per week, including evenings and weekends


• Passion for fitness, music, and helping others feel powerful in their own skin


• Group Fitness Certification from NASM, ACE, etc. (preferred, but not required)


• Minimum of 6 months of prior group fitness or boxing instruction experience (preferred, but not required)
