Guest Experience Representatives are the welcoming faces of the Metropolitan Opera and are the first to greet patrons at events and performances. Stationed in the front plaza and entrance lobbies of the Opera House, they create an inviting and welcoming atmosphere at all primary customer-facing touchpoints. They are an integral part in providing safe and efficient ingress and egress in all conditions, as well as connecting visitors with Met Opera services.
Guest Experience Representatives are generally scheduled for 4-hour shifts at a time, and hours can vary weekly and will include daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
This role is a part-time position and is on a performance call and as needed basis, based on the performance and event schedule.
