Adjacent to Great Smoky Mountains National Park, the most-visited national park in the country, Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Spa in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, provides an amazing work environment with refreshing mountain breezes and spectacular views of the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains. As a member of the Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort team, you will meet and engage with guests who have arrived to enjoy all the Great Smoky Mountains have to offer and help them experience our world-class amenities such as the state-of-the-art Wild Bear Falls water park.

As a vital part of our hospitality team, the Guest Relations Agent plays a pivotal role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Responsible for providing exceptional customer service, the Guest Relations Agent assists with guest arrivals and departures, ensures seamless transportation, and offers valuable information about hotel services and local attractions.

As a Guest Relations Agent, you will:

• Escort incoming hotel guests to rooms, assist with hand luggage, and offer information about available services and facilities of the hotel, points of interest, and entertainment attractions
• Inspect guests’ rooms to ensure furnishings are in order and supplies are adequate
• Explain features of the room, such as the operation of radio, television, and night-lock, and how to place telephone calls
• Page guests in the lobby, dining room, or other parts of the hotel
• Deliver messages and run errands
• Deliver room service orders
• Pick up articles for laundry and valet service
• Call a taxi for guests
• Transport guests about premises in a golf cart
• Keep a record of calls for service
• Deliver packages, suitcases, and trunks and set up sample rooms

• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Must be flexible with schedule hours and/or days off
• Valid Driver’s License
• Prior customer service experience
• Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
